Personality Dynamics’ workshop includes interactive exercises designed
to provide hands-on understanding of the basic concepts of the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator (MBTI) and Keirsey’s Temperament
Sorter (the theories upon which True Colors, D.I.S.C., and many
other personality instruments are based). Effective use of this
information helps individuals and groups move away from criticizing
weaknesses and differences to understanding and building on individual
