With more than 20 years of teaching and training/development
experience, Teddi Treybig
has a rich understanding of the various personality
types people come in contact with and the dynamics that
ensue.
As
a young teacher, Teddi soon realized that she connected with certain
students quite easily, but struggled to reach others – thus began her
journey to better understand learning and teaching styles and the way
that personality preferences influence individual behavior and group
dynamics. After exploring
various personality assessments, Teddi chose to become certified to
administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator.
Teddi
also earned a Master’s degree in Communication from Texas Tech
University and founded Personality Dynamics with the mission to
teach a deeper understanding of self and others for improved
self-management, more effective communication and enhanced
relationships.
Her
training and consulting practice has provided team-building workshops
for businesses, communication programs for summer youth camps and
families, as well as learning style seminars for various school groups
(teacher in-service training, gifted programs, at-risk youth, etc.).
She has enjoyed working with clients from technology, education,
manufacturing, sales, legal and not-for-profit sectors.
